"Preserve the cover aspect ratio" for DOCX output NOT present in 3.8

Bug Description

Calibre 3.8 was supposed to have an option to preserve aspect ration of the cover for DOCX output.
I have checked this on two Macs and a Win 7 machine, and there is no such option.

It's there in ebook-convert the command line tool. I simply forgot to
add it tot he GUI, will be there in the next release.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
