Bug Description
When allowing Calibre to insert the book cover to the first page of the DOCX file,
the cover does not retain its aspect ratio and is stretched to fill the whole page.
This is undesirable. The image should "fill" the page but not so as to be stretched out of proportion, or out of the original aspect ratio.
If the output DOCX file has an aspect ratio that is greater than the aspect ratio of the cover, the image should be scaled up (or down) to fit the height of the page, but not the width (and vise versa). For example, with the output DOCX file set to 8.5 x 11" (0.77 aspect ratio), and the cover is 8.5 x 14 (0.6 aspect ratio), the image should be scaled down to 11" to fit the height of the page, with white space on both sides of the cover.
Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
