Bug Description

I try get metadata from Google, Amazon.com and OZON.ru for e-book:
  title: "Программирование на Python, том I, 4-е издание"
  author: "Марк Лутц"
  ISBN: 978-5-93286-210-0

But I get error in ozon.py. I attach log with information about the error. The error have 50% for my russian e-books :(

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

Try visiting the ozon website once with edge, that should install the
needed certificates into windows.
