Bug Description

Hi there,

When trying to convert an epub3 book to azw3 file, the "-epub-writing-mode: vertical-rl" did not get converted to "-webkit-writing-mode: vertical-rl".

My Kindle Paperwhite 2 respects "-webkit-writing-mode: vertical-rl", but not "-epub-writing-mode: vertical-rl", so I am still reading my Chinese ebook in horizontal mode.

I could manually edit the azw3 file but it would be nicer if I could save the effort every time I try to convert. Other people might benefit too.

I am running Calibre 3.7 in Ubuntu, and my Window Vista's Calibre seems doing the same thing.

Attached please find a sample Chinese ebook I copied from the Calibre Library folder.
