CBZ > EPUB "remove first image" issue

first issues closed without asking more info ...

So I imported the attached file (just a zip file with images)
I'll put some screen of my options when I convert and evidences there is duplication

After importation I got this in the Calibre folder.

I convert to EPUB with the options

After that, I got this in my folder

But When I open the epub (with default viewer, that is Edge browser)
I have this

Twice the first page, even so I ticked the option.

And same with Calibre Viewer

So, Is there enough evidences to take a look at this bug? or you'll just close it without doing anything again ?

Am I misunderstand another option that create that duplication ?

You want to follow up ona bug report do so on the original one. Dont open duplicates.
