Bug Description
Hi, I think a regression has returned to the build where there are extra blank pages being inserted between chapters when converting from epub to pdf. You actually fixed this same issue about a year ago, but the behavior has recently returned.
Calibre build 3.4 tar.xz from your website on both Arch and openSUSE Tumbleweed.
I am attaching the input and output files (see, e.g. pp. 5 & 14 in output pdf).
In the mean time I am going to start downgrading Calibre versions to find a temporary fix.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
