Bug Description

The current popup menu's "Copy to Libary" item defaults to a duplicate list of menu items for each library. I would LOVE, absolutely love, to be able to turn OFF the copy function, leaving only the (Delete After Copy) function.

With more than ten libraries, this existing menu becomes an unmanagable monstrosity. Allowing users to remove the option they never use, in my case the copy function, would be invaluable.

To duplicate what I'm doing, in any library select a book title, then right-click on it. This brings up the menu with these options:

Edit Metadata
Send to Device
Save to Disk
Connect/Share
** Copy to Library **
-------------
Convert
View
Open Containing Folder
Show Book Details
Similar Books...
Edit Book
-------------
Remove Books

** Copy to Library ** - this is the menu option I would like to add user-control over which options are visible. In my case, I only want the (Delete After Copy) but others may want the opposite, hence asking for user-control over the selection shown in this popup menu list

My current Calibre version is 3.1 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit

I dont think hiding one or the other is a good idea, it just leads to
confusion when people forget they have hidden it. Instead I have changed
the Choose library by path option to instead present a popup with all
the libraries in a list and copy or move buttons.
