--dont-save-cover option not respected by calibredb export

Bug Description

The command line `calibredb export` command does not respect the `--dont-save-cover` option. So, for example, a command like:

   calibredb export --dont-save-cover 238

gives me a folder that includes the book cover. I haven't tested all the other options to see if they work, but the other options I have tried have all worked: `--dont-write-opf`, `--template`, `--to-dir`, `--formats`.

I am running calibre 3.4 on Mac 10.12.5.

Love the software, and love the fact that you've exposed so much power via the command line!

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
