content server stuck on 'choose library'

Bug Description

upon starting the content server on a calibre installation with 2 virtual libraries (Spanish and English), the server returns on Chrome: "Choose the calibre library to browse…" while not showing any options.
On internet explorer returns :"Loading, please wait…"
and the mobile version shows the full library.

Calibre is running on Windows.

Internet Explorer is not supported, you need to use either up-to-date
Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Is your Chrome up-to-date? Open the console in Chrome and see if
anything is printed out there.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
