Conversion from CHM fails

I use Calibre 2.85.1 (portable) on Windows 7 x64.

The input file is MSDN Magazine 2009, January (available here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/a/7/3a7fa450-1f33-41f7-9e6d-3aa95b5a6aea/MSDNMagazine2009_01en-us.chm ).

When I try to convert the file to ePub or Mobi or HTMLZ the conversion crashes. I did not try other output formats.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
