VL library tag browser category expansion not consistent

Bug Description

When switching between virtual libraries (VL’s), Calibre remembers the order of the field(s) in the tag browser which may have been expanded in VL #1 and keeps the same field number expanded in VL #2. For example, if the third field in VL#1 is expanded by the user, the third field in VL #2 will also be expanded. This works fine when all fields are shown in each VL; however, when the “Hide empty categories (columns) in the tag browser” option is enabled, Calibre will still expand the same numerical field in each VL, regardless of whether or not this is truly the same field as the one originally expanded in VL #1.

For example, if VL#1 has the 6th visible field in the tag browser expanded by the user and then the user switches to VL #2, VL#2’s sixth visible field will be expanded as well, even if this is a completely different field than the one originally expanded in VL#1.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
