links do not work when converted azw3 to docx; pictures too big

Bug Description
Previously, I reported the bug that all bookmarks are lost when converted azw3 file to docx. This bus has been corrected in the new release 2.84. However, the links in the docx still do not work. Another bug is that some pictures are converted with size too big. I found that if the picture in the original azw3 has the size (height or width) expressed in percentage (for example height:98%), it will converted wrongly. Another bug is that if a paragraph has margin-left (or margin-right) expressed in %, it will be wrongly converted. Please see pictures illustrated in the file Errors Report.docx.
