Bug Description

After stumbling upon this plugin on the mobile reads forum (https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=272407) I was very excited to learn that I could now convert all my calibre books to the excellent kfx format. Unfortunately, I then discovered that calibre has no option to send the kfx files to the kindle's memory. Would this be a very difficult thing to implement? I know I can simply drag and drop the file manually, but then calibre wouldn't "know" if the book is on my kindle or not.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
