According to that the device is being opened successfully, post the
debug log during normal calibre operation -- that is start calibre in
debug mode, plugin in your device, wait for five minutes, quit calibre
and post the log

 status incomplete

It is my bad. Calibre is able to detect my device after I disable "Unplugged" plugin
