Bug Description

Calibre 2.73, 64 bits, Windows 10 Home

When using ebook-edit with any solarized theme, selected text (including selected text after a search match), corresponding to the "Visual" style, is rendered using the same background color (#002b36, for example, using solarized-dark) than "Normal" style, so if foreground color of the surrounding text is not different enough, the end result is that you cannot spot matched text, for example.

This is not a big deal because I can for example copy my Vim color scheme with little work into Calibre ebook editor, but I think is important that the default themes are useful, and right now the solarized ones make difficult to see matched text or selected text.

I can provide screen captures if needed, no big deal.

I can also provide my solarized (dark) adapted theme for Vim, but it's not exactly as solarize, I made minor tweaks to adapt it to my likings.

Thanks in advance and of course, as always, thanks for Calibre.
