UnboundLocalError while creating icon theme

Bug Description

While creating an icon theme, the icons are processed normally but there is an error before the opening of the window to chose where to save the theme.
Sometimes I get the following message:

And sometimes every images is processed, then the window close but the theme isn't saved (or at least I didn't find it)
I'm on calibre 2.72 on windows 10 64bits.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
