Delete warning dialog box image still distorted on Retina display

I had previously submitted this bug on 10/23, the number in Launchpad was 1635999. It had been logged as fixed on 10/24 and that this fix would be in the next release. When I downloaded and installed the new version of Calibre (2.71), the issue was still present. Please see the attached screenshot. I have tested several other icon themes, and the image is still distorted.

If the bug wasn't fixed, don't open a new bug, just re-open bug 1635999. :)
