Bug Description
I am on a PC running Windows 10 with Calibre 2.7.
I tried to convert a EPUB .IBA (apple iBook) to PDF and it just threw up an error message.

calibre does not support the iBooks format, as the error message said.
Given that only iDevices understands the format, you can only get them
directly from Apple, and few people actually buy Apple iBooks, it is
not unsurprising, that Kovid has said in the past he is uninterested
in developing support for it himself. (Of course, if someone else
wrote the necessary Conversion Input plugin ;) ;) ;) he would most
likely accept the contribution.)
