Bug Description
Calibre Version: 2.70
Operating system: Windows 10
1. I "purchased" the free preview of "Collins Spanish - English Dictionary" on Amazon and downloaded it to my Kindle Viewer on Windows. The book displayed fine in the Kindle Viewer. It was stored as a azw file on my computer.
2. I imported the azw file into Calibre 2.70 and opened it in calibre. Apparently it is not drm protected. However, Calibre only displayed two pages: page1 is a strange gray scale, page2 is blank.
I double checked that I use the correct azw file (the one that is displayed correctly in Kindle Viewer).
I attach the azw file along with a mbpV2 file that was stored along with it.

calibre does not support dictionaries -- they use special internal
markup, that is different from non-dictionary books.
