[Enhancement] Context Menu in Book Details window

Bug Description

In the book details window that opens with keyboard shortcut "I" currently a context menu (only option is Copy) appears only after text selection and clicking in the selection. Is it possible to change this behavior so that an initial right click in the book details window might include a Select All or Copy All option?

Or a button "C&opy to clipboard". Accelerator 'c' already taken by "Fit &cover...", or both.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
