Bug Description

Calibre 2.69 64-bit run-from-source Windows 10

I just tried to use Edit - Prefs - Editor settings - create/edit custom color schemes button
Calibre crashes with the error message below as soon as I hit the button.

Just in case it's relevant, my 'production' calibre is still 2.67. This doesn't have the same problem.
