Changing upper- to lower-case doesn't work correct

Bug Description
Ver. 2.67 (64-bit) Windows
Problem with User-Interface:
1. Open the interface for editing metadata of a book
2. The complete Author-Name is written in Uppercase in both fields, author and orden of author
3. Edit the Author to normal writing and click in copy author to orden of author
4. Both fields stay green, but orden of author doesn't change to normal writing
5. click to step to next book and click to go back to the first one
6. Now orden of author is in red
7. click in copy changes now orden of author in normal writing and the field gets green

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
