Bug Description

version 2.65.1
windows 7

Issue: Calibre does not allow to send smtp via local smtp server without username and password when encryption is activated.

Is this a bug? Yes. Our local ISPs in finland do not allow outbound smtp except through their own servers which DO NOT use usernames or passwords. Customers are filtered by ip addresses.
