The error is in the KoboTouchExtended driver. Based on the line number where the error occured, you need to update to the latest version of the driver. If that does not fix the problem, then the bug should be reported on the extended drivers thread on MobileRead. This is http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=211135.

Thanks for your help. Updating the Kobo driver solved the problem.
