I already did try the steps in: "http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq.html#my-device-is-not-being-detected-by-calibre" with no success! thanks

This was already fixed in bug 1599970 and the fix was released in calibre v2.61.0

Please update to the latest version of calibre, you are horribly out of date. calibre v1.48.0 was released just over two years ago and there have been 65 new versions since then.
