Left aligned footnotes appear right aligned

Bug Description

I have RTL footnotes and LTR footnotes but all appear RTL in epub.
Please check file attached.

The text alignment for all 3 footnotes in that docx file is set to
justify, not either left or right, and that same text alignment is
reproduced in the epub file.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
