Bug Description

When selecting "Add Books from Directories including Subdirectories..." Calibre crashes on import of an ".htm" file.

Environment:
Calibre Version: 2.57.1 [64-bit]
Windows 8.1 Pro
16 GB Ram
Windows 8.1 Pro OS on SSD
Calibre DB on 1TB SATA3 Disk
