[Enhancement] Shortcut for OK button in 'Add Books by ISBN' dialog

In the 'Add Books by ISBN' dialog, provide a keyboard shortcut to activate the OK button.

Thank you very much for adding the Alt+O shortcut, and so quickly after I requested it. :)

However, the update has caused a couple of other issues:

- Before the update, when I opened the 'Add Books by ISBN' dialog, my cursor (the focus) would be in the box, ready to type in an ISBN. Now it is not. Can that be changed back?

- Typing Alt+P to "Paste from clipboard" pastes TWO copies of whatever is on the clipboard (i.e. pastes two duplicate entries), and does not put the cursor (the focus) in the box.

- Is there some way to add an underline under the "O" on the OK button, to show that it has a keyboard shortcut?
