Bug Description

On OS X, cmd+m is a fairly universal shortcut for minimizing windows. Calibre doesn't appear to have a way to allow this shortcut to minimize the application.

It look to be a QT specific thing, with an available fix:
https://forum.qt.io/topic/5414/qt-4-7-2-mac-os-x-cmd-m-doesn-t-minimize-my-application/2

Right now cmd+m maps to marking a book. This wouldn't even need to change, it could be that disabling that shortcut allows cmd+m to work as expected. Or minimizing Calibre could be a new configurable shortcut.

Thanks!

Running OS X 10.11.4 and Calibre 2.55
