[Enhancement] Edit a Virtual Library from individual tab

The ability to Right-click the Virtual Library tab that is open and have a menu to:
Edit or Remove this given tab vs. a list of all VL's as seen in the current VL tab.
Also, It would be nice to have the Additional Restrictions option there too.

I have a lot of VL's and a lot of books. I have often wished I didn't have to:
Click the VL tab, choose my option, then SCROLL through a LONG list of VL's or other options.

This would be more efficient with a lot of VL tabs and regular use and editing of them.

This is not a suggestion to change the VL tab, only to add another, intuitive feature.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
