Bug Description
I have a column coloring rule to display empty book entries (that is, w/o format) in light grey color. Normal book entries are displayed without change.
After copying a format from another book into a formerly empty book using ALT-M, the display does not change immediately. But after i.e. re-sorting, it will then be displayed as defined in the rules.
Calibre 2.54, Win 7-64 pro
