Non-clickables in the book details

One more 'non-clickable in the book details' issue.

If I'm not mistaken, the ''Text, column shown in the tag browser'' custom column is not clickable in the book details (at least, it's not clickable in my library).

This would be very useful for those of us who use a custom column for the translator's name, for example.

There are probably uses where the 'clickability' wouldn't make a lot of sense (if the data entered in the column is unique, i.e. is not repeated anywhere in the library) - so maybe this could be optional/tweaked?

@kovid: do you know any reason why single-value custom text columns should not be clickable? Enum columns are, and they are single value.

@Joanna S.: For translators etc you should use a comma separated text, like tags column and check the "Contains names" box. These are clickable. And who knows, there might be more than one translator.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
