Wrong list conversion from DOCX

When converting ordered lists, numbering at second level may be converted wrong.

An example:

1) Item 1.1
2) Item 1.2
   a) Item 2.1
   b) Item 2.2
   c) Item 2.3
3) Item 1.3

is converted to EPUB like this:

1) Item 1.1
2) Item 1.2
   1)  Item 2.1
   2)  Item 2.2
   3)  Item 2.3
3) Item 1.3

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
