Bulk renaming of non-Text files in the editor

As a result of which I thought perhaps the default prefix for bulk
renaming files should depend on which category they are in.

Also, I can't imagine it is a good thing to be bulk renaming files that
cross categories.
Can't imagine it's very useful to bulk rename Misc files or Fonts
either, for that matter, but I figured I'd leave them in just in case.

...

I didn't give much thought to the error message for renaming files that
cross categories, but I'm not brilliant at writing them so if there is a
better way to change it I *could* fix that.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.

Your additional change looks good too -- I had no particular attachment to restricting cross-category renames, just thought of it when figuring out how to determine the category + it worked.
