HTMLZ output is missing the <title> tag

Bug Description
When converting to HTMLZ (from epub, mobi, azw3, probably any and all formats, really) the resulting html file doesn't have a <title> tag. It makes sense to put the book title in the <title> tag, doesn't it?
Calibre version is 2.40, running in Arch Linux.
