Bug Description
Hi,
I can't open, in Calibre, my books with the "#" character in the title any more. It worked fine before.
If I change, in Calibre, the title metadata (my title without the "#"), I can open my book again.
If I reintroduce the "#" in my title metadata, I can't open my book any more.
The problem seems to be in the path, the error message use a truncated path.
