Bug Description
When a book is moved or copied to another library and an Author does not exist in the destination library then the Author Sort and Author Link fields are not copied to the destination library.
Could this be fixed.
If the Author does exist in destination library then I guess it should be remain as it is.
It would be good if there was a simple log that one could view when the copying is finished, e.g.
Author: "One Name" created in <destination> with Link from <source>
Author: "Two Name" created in <destination> with Sort Name and Link from <source>
Author: "Three Name" already exists in <destination>

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
