Bug Description

Replace the Label "Aktuelles Titelseite" to "Aktuelle Titelseite" in Dialog "Coverbild herunterladen".

That is supposed to be "Current Cover" not "Download cover". So I have
changed it to "Aktuelles abdeckung"

The correct translation of "Current Cover" is "Aktuelles Titelbild".

If you use "Aktuelles Titelseite" please remove the last "s" in "Aktuelles" --> "Aktuelle Titelseite"
