Bug Description
Abnormal behavior introduced in version 2.36. Apparent in both 32 and 64 bit Windows flavors.
Using multiple libraries, the "Choose Library" menu item displays five presumably most recent or most popular libraries. Selecting any of the displayed choices opens a different library than the one chosen, often one that isn't even one of the "top-5" listed. The "Quick switch" sub-menu returns expected libraries.
I have 16 libraries installed; some large, some small, some local, some on NAS.
