[Enhancement] Don't Save Catalogue in Library Option

Bug Description
Was wondering if it would be possible to add an option to suppress the creation of catalogues in the library, and just get the one that's saved externally. For my purposes, if it only applied to CSV catalogues that would be fine.
I often create small CSV catalogues desktop as a working document. And I usually forget to delete the one in the library.
The option should persist, default would be "Don't Suppress". If it was a tweak that would be fine too.
