Bug Description
Bug: Closing changes preview window after replace all in ebook editor blocks entire calibre 2.31 and earlier interface on Mac OS X 10.10.3.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open custom EPUB in ebook editor
2) Search custom string and replace all
3) Click "See what changed"
4) Close "Differences between books" window
5) An entire interface of calibre is completely blocked. Unable to click any buttom, menu item etc. All I can is force to quit calibre.
