[Enhancement] Add empty book via ASIN

Bug Description

It would be great if the ability to add an empty book (either via the GUI or via "calibredb add") could be extended to allow creation of the record with just an ASIN the way it currently supports creation with an ISBN.

(A more generic but hopefully easy-to-implement solution would be to add a "-I" (i.e. capital i) option to calibredb add for adding an arbitrary identifier, so that people could do "calibredb add -I asin:123456789" or "calibredb add -I goodreads:123456789" or whatever.)

THis is not a sufficiently common use case to merit an extra option. You
can always use

calibredb set_metadata

to set whatever fields you like after calibredb add has finished.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
