Bug Description
Hello,
I'm using Calibre with Cybook Gen3 ebook reader. This reader is able to use ToC in epub, but only in nonhierarchical way, it just shows all items in ToC as a flat list. This list can be sometimes quite long and scrolling through it is slow (there is no ToC browsing by page, only by item).
Therefore, for some books I have to delete most items in lower levels of ToC, which can be done only manually at present time. Could you please add feature for ToC item deletion under certain level? Thanks.

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.
