Hello,
This is a patch for a new option in docx input, it allows disabling the "page-break-after: always" footnote style.
Calibre 2.26 x64
Windows 7 x64
It adds a checkbox to the docx input panel that changes the style of the footnotes in the html ouput.
A usage scenario is this one :
- Docx input document with a lot of footnotes.
- conversion to epub: as of today the document is generated with one section per footnote. It makes the epub very big. One workaround is to enable the "do not split on page breaks" in epub output options panel, but in this case, the ebook chapters will not be in their respective output section.
This patch will require translations since it changes the user interface.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
