Output settings for Kobo Aura HD/H2O

Bug Description

While nearly all Amazon readers are supported I'm still missing an output setting for Kobo Aura HD and H2O. There's still just "Kobo Reader- optimized for resolution 536x710", while Aura HD has 1440 x 1080 and Aura H20 has 1430 x 1080 screen resolution. Is it possible to have this option on next versions? Would be nice..

Just use the tablet profile. The aura resizes images well on its own, so
there is no need for a dedicated profile for it. At some point in the
future I intend to scrap the profile system completely anyway, as there
is less and less need for it.

Instead of profiles you could eventually add an option for setting a custom screen resolution for the output.
