Columns UNhide themselves

I apologize.. I've tried reporting this before

Switching between libraries will EVENTUALLY toggle previously hidden columns (like Date, Rating, Size, Modified) to reappear. There doesn't appear to be a set of events that triggers it besides switching libraries up to a few times. Sometimes plugging and unplugging device will cause this to happen as well.

Hopefully it can be uploaded and viewed but I have attached a video demonstrating this happening.
Current version is 2.20
Running on Windows 8.1 platform

Is this something specific to 2.20?

It is NOT specific to 2.20.. It happened the first time up to probably 5 updates ago? If there is a record of the first time I reported the bug that would be a better idea. I used the same title of UNhiding themselves previously also.

I cannot replicate this. I'm guessing that this is caused by some third party plugin, the most likely candidate is the ViewManager plugin.

Run calibre from the command line as

calibre --ignore-plugins

and see if that stops the problem.

hmm.. Ok I will give it a try.. Only have a few plugins so shouldn't be too bad.. the one that would be affected the most is the goodreads plugin probably

I have two libraries, and this is perfectly reproducible. Happens every time I switch from the first to the second (but not on switching back to the original, initial library).

This affects not only the hide/unhide status of columns but also column width etc.

Since the Viewmanager was mentioned: I never had that installed. The sum total of plugins I use is:

Find Duplicates
Manage Series
Modify ePub
Reading List
Webscription

How can I help to track this down?
