Bug Description
When converting an epub file to pdf, text in Small Caps will not be rendered if line breaks have been used.
I've replicated this with a blank ePub file (attached). After converting it to pdf with default settings, this behaviour can be observed by:
- A Calibre generated cover which shows full text
- The first and only page shows that text has not been rendered fully because it's in small caps and there's a line break. Only the first line is rendered.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
