My ereader not is detect in Calibre 2.18 (Binary package)

Hi!
I am using Calibe 2.18 installed from site calibre (binary package)
My EReader is a LEV (Saraiva.com.br) created by Bookeen.

calibre 2.18 isfrozen: True is64bit: False
