can't read fb2, saved from samlib.ru

Bug Description

After saving book as fb2 from samlib.ru (http://samlib.ru/g/gorshihin_pawel_aleksandrowich/sk.fb2.zip - i.e, this one) - I see only blank page in the Calibre reader. But if i open this file in FB2reader - it works fine.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
