Bug Description
The pyqtconfig module is no longer part of PyQt4 version >=4.11. The attached patch works around the problem. I adjusted the patch to calibre found in the pastebin below. Don't know who created the patch intially.

All versions of calibre >= 2.0 use PyQt5 not PyQt4. Your patch is presumably against a 1.x version of calibre, 1.x versions are now no longer maintained.
